COVID 19 - Oct 1, 2020 - update
We are now in wave 2, we continue to offer a mix of in office appointments and phone or virtual appointments through Zoom, skype or other modalities.
Due to the need for enhanced cleaning and social distancing we can NOT see the usual volume of patients in person in office. The physicians and Nursing staff will triage requests for in office appointments.
We currently are not offering COVID 19 testing at this site.
The Covid Testing site has moved as of September 28th to the Brantford and District Civic Centre.
Do the ministry on line personal assessment first, the link is:

We ask all employers to be mindful about note requests for work absense, common sense should prevail as demands for patients to be physically seen in a pandemic is not practical or safe.

Prescription Renewals:
An appointment is not always needed to renew a routine prescription, your pharmacy can fax us and we will assess the request and refill the prescription if appropriate. This SERVICE if for routine medications only, DO NOT ASK THE PHARMACY TO REFILL SCRIPTS FOR ANTIBIOTICS THAT YOU MAY HAVE HAD IN THE PAST OR MEDICATIONS YOU HAVE NOT USED IN THE LAST YEAR.
PLEASE NOTE: This is not an instant service or necessarily even same day. Our policy is that we will refill the prescription in up to 2 business days. We receive hundreds of requests most days between the 6 of us. It is your responsibility to keep track of your prescriptions and ask for repeats in a timely manner.
This is currently a free service for rostered patients. However, we reserve the right to charge a fee for this service in the future should there be a material change in our working agreement with the Ontario Government.

Unnecessary tests, treatments and procedures do not add value to care. In fact, they potentially expose patients to harm, lead to more testing to investigate false positives results and contribute to stress and avoidable costs for patients.
