We are a group of four family physicians providing comprehensive medical care for men and women of all age groups - from newborns to the elderly - in keeping with the principles of Family Medicine as set forth by the College of Family Physicians of Canada.

Prescription Renewals:

An appointment is not always needed to renew a routine prescription, your pharmacy can fax us and we will  assess the request and refill the prescription if appropriate. This SERVICE if for routine medications only, DO NOT ASK THE PHARMACY TO REFILL SCRIPTS FOR ANTIBIOTICS THAT YOU MAY HAVE HAD IN THE PAST OR MEDICATIONS YOU HAVE NOT USED IN THE LAST YEAR.

PLEASE NOTE: This is not an instant service or necessarily even same day. Our policy is that we will refill the prescription in up to 2 business days. We receive hundreds of requests most days between the 6 of us. It is your responsibility to keep track of your prescriptions and ask for repeats in a timely manner.

This is currently a free service for rostered patients. However, we reserve the right to charge a fee for this service in the future should there be a material change in our working agreement with the Ontario Government.
