COVID-19 pandemic update (as of January 2022)
Due to the worsening state of the COVID pandemic, we are currently primarily offering virtual care via phone appointments wherever possible and limiting in person contact.
Please call our office as usual if you have any issues that require our assistance and we will help to provide you care as best as possible under the current circumstances.
Assessments on the phone are not a substitute for in-person communication or clinical examinations. If your doctor is uncomfortable with assessing you on the phone, he or she may request that you attend an office appointment, or when appropriate appropriate to attend the emergency department or other higher level of care.
By providing your information, you agree to let us collect, use or disclose your personal health information through video or audio communications (while following applicable privacy laws) in order to provide you with care.
